Refund --a quick reponse to a difficulf problem…
Very quick reponse to difficulf problem due to a NHS change to an appointment meaning that we were forced to change a 3 day visit to Brighton .This involved cancelling hotel booking and our booking via Raileasy.My contact with Raileasy was meet with a friendly and helpful solution of a refund.Within an hour all was sorted out by Pam of Raileasy.We will are receiving a refund of the fare less a small admin charge this all took 3 friendly emails.We have found booking with Raileasy very simple and cheaper than split fare operators.,but above all friendly and helpful

Fantastic service
Booking online was really easy. Due to an unfortunate health issue was unable to travel. I submitted a refund request and was really grateful to have received confirmation that my refund was granted. The service received from Raileasy was fantastic - thank you Raileasy.

We bought return train tickets for our New Year celebration for 8 people and the return tickets were incorrect showing a wrong journey. 2 days before travelling this was worrying. Raileasy customer services staff were excellent in putting things right and dealing with the problem promptly despite it being holiday time for most people. We were instructed to purchase new tickets and a refund was processed for the originals. Annoyed about the error in the first place but happy with the way it was dealt with.

Prompt and efficient response
I made a booking with Raileasy as it was a little cheaper than Trainline. Unfortunately, due to strikes, I had to cancel the booking and make other arrangements. I emailed to request a refund and on the next working day I received a polite email advising that the refund had been made and the money would be back on my card in 3 working days. Bearing in mind how many of these refunds the company must be having to deal with at the moment, I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of their response.
Fabulous Service Again!
Had a journey booked on 10th Dec 2022 and my arrangement was postponed due to the weather. Despite me having cheapish advance tickets, Joe at Raileasy responded to my e mail promptly and allowed me to defer my journey for 12 months. To summarise, I never lost my money as expected and it was there to re book another journey, so excellent customer service thank you.

Information about obtaining a refund…
Information about obtaining a refund was clear in the email informing us of the change to our planned journey. On the actual claim form however it told me I could not use the original booking number. ignoring that I did initially get a deferred notice. The second time I tried I got a full refund very easily - not sure what was happening the first time.
The refund for another booking made this morning went through very swiftly and without any problem. thank you.

Needed to claim a refund on an unused ticket. Raileasy make it very straight forward. The process is handled by an actual person via email, not an automated system. Refund was granted and money back with me within a couple of days.

Cancellation of Booking
We had, unfortunately, through illness, to cancel a rail booking for today, 2nd December. This has now been postponed to January 2023, at a revised cost. However, Raileasy could not have been more helpful with arranging a full refund. They respond quickly to correspondence, and are superb people to deal with. I thoroughly recommend them for courtesy, helpfullness, and good communication. Well done!
A nice surprise
I recently used RailEasy for the first time to take a trip from Bristol to Leeds. I cancelled my first booking and then almost straight after re-booked. They refunded the money straight away. I then saw that the booking fee had not been refunded and asked if that could be refunded as it had only been moments since I re-booked. They responded in a few hours and also refunded that fee. I really hadn't expected a response and thought if I did receive one there would be an argument about how they don't refund booking fees etc. I'm really pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. I saved about £25 on my trip and it all straightforward and easy to book.

Good service!
First time leaving a review for Raileasy. Have used them before and should just say thank you now the service is good. I requested a refund because of the strikes. Pam was very helpful and helped sort the refund out. Thank you.

Consistently good prices & service
Raileasy is my regular ticket buying site because they have good prices and are easy to deal with. However, any company shows its class when things go wrong. I needed to cancel tickets because of a rail strike, e-mailed them, all sorted in minutes. Great service!
Very good pricing options compared to…
Very good pricing options compared to booking directly with LNER. Easy to book. Unfortunately the connecting train for my journey got cancelled due to 'staff shortages' by LNER. Dealing with customer services (Tony) was a straight forward business and the refund authorised within a few hours

Best for split tickets
I find the Raileasy site the best for split tickets. Very easy to find what you want. Recently I had an issue picking up tickets from the station, so I had to buy a new ticket, but after emailing Raileasy support they quickly refunded the ticket I bought. Definitely recommend!

Very satisfaction customer treatment
I submitted my request (including several images of intact and destroyed tickets to be cancelled) at eleven pm on day and had a polite reply from a named member of staff by mid-morning the next day confirming my full refund. So refreshingly different from the algorithm driven robotic responses of some many firms.
A simple easy refund.
I use this service provider via my phone app daily, going about my logistical driver business.
I find their service excellent when problems emanate or just organisational.
Eg: today my 9.33 bham to Euston train got cancelled, so did the next and so on.
There was a problem with overhead cables in Coventry area..
I immediately informed Rail Easy, sent the copy order and details for a refund .. before 4pm on the same day I received conformation that my claim is being fully met and refunded within 3 days...thankyou..
